Logan Paul has been successful in the boxing ring and also won at SummerSlam against The Miz. Given his run, the YouTuber now wants to push himself even more although his next target could be wishful thinking.

In the Sept. 16 episode of WWE Smackdown, the 27-year-old YouTuber was trying to invite Roman Reigns to a press conference but a returning Paul Heyman interrupted him and warned the YouTuber about what he was trying to drive at.

Heyman started by lauding Paul for standing up and lasting against retired boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. However, the former counsel of Reigns said that aiming to face Reigns was a bad idea.

Sami Zayn stuck his nose and told Heyman that it should be him talking to Paul. And as he was talking, Zayn was rewarded with a punch that eventually infuriated The Bloodline.

Ricochet came to back up Paul and ended up facing Zayn in a match. The former won thanks to some help from Paul and a miscalculated assist to The Master Strategist.

Looking ahead and assuming that a Reigns vs. Paul fight does ensue, it would be hard to see the YouTuber pulling off a win over a seasons of Roman Reigns. Further, the fact that the Tribal Chief has The Bloodline in his corner further whittles the odds of winning.

This is despite Logan Paul claiming that all he needs is just one lucky shot at Reigns to become the WWE Universal Champion.

Beyond that, questions are up in the air. After being in Brock Lesnar’s corner, is Heyman re-aligning with The Bloodline?

Also, it appears that Zayn and Jey Uso’s conflict continues to heat up – possibly suggesting that there could be a conflict from within the ranks that is waiting to explode.

The following weeks should be interesting as the WWE whips up a new plethora of storylines, especially for the blue brand.
