A man who had a criminal track record was arrested after he reportedly performed lewd acts on a train that was witnessed by passengers that included a young schoolgirl.
He was identified as Mark Williams who turned out to be a mannequin fetish. The 28-year-old said that he was performing the sex act on the sex toy that he found in a pub, the court heard.
Also, Williams added that he was addicted to masturbating the excuse he gave to the court, Wales Online reported.
The young girl, whose identity has been withheld, was allegedly so disgusted that he took a photo of the indecent display and immediately reported the matter to a train guard back in December.
Williams was found in possession of the sex toy. However, the court heard the color and shape of the object and it did not match the one the young girl snapped on her mobile phone.
It was added that Williams had changed his name to Osian Winters since he was last convicted. He also had a long list of sexual offenses that included children. Aside from that, he had already performed sex acts in public in the past.
Among his crimes include masturbating while looking at mannequins in shop windows and also breaching court orders designed to try to curb his deviant behavior.
Aside from the photos taken by the young girl, CCTV cameras aboard the train also caught the 28-year-old. This helped police properly identify him.
Williams previously pleaded guilty to outraging public decency when he appeared in the dock for sentencing.
He has 13 previous convictions for 26 offenses, 15 of which are sexual.
Back in 2016, Williams was the subject of sexual harm prevention order after being convicted of six counts of causing or inciting a girl under 16 to engage in sexual activity and two counts of possessing indecent images.
He also had another incident in 2018 caught on CCTV pleasuring himself while looking at mannequins in the window of Topshop in Carmarthen town center.
