Rovio has released the official gameplay trailer for their latest game "Angry Birds Go!" The game takes the battle between bird and pig to a new level with a "Mario-Kart" style racing game. The trailer shows off the game's 3d effects and the new environments the birds and pigs will be battling in. The game will mimic the true nature of a racing game with multiple level power ups including the ability to float over other racers using balloons. Players will be racing through several levels such as a forest and a canyon level in which the race must jump over large pits in order to stay in the race.

"Angry Birds Go!" will be released on December 11. The game was first teased back in June of this year with just a little more info creeping out in August. The same loveable bird and pig characters from the original game will be back in this free downhill racing app. The app itself is free but some of the upgraded content will require in-app purchasing. Fans of "Angry Birds Star Wars II" will be happy to know that the new game will feature the interactive Hasbro toys "Telepods" which were first introduced in the "Star Wars" game.

The "Telepods" are collectible figures that will take the shape of racers and according to insiodemoblieapps.com will be able to be placed over the devices camera in order to unlock associated content already in the app. Alright "Angry Birds" fans, can't get enough of that bird flinging, pig popping fun? Well check out the full gameplay trailer for the latest app by Rovio, "Angry Birds Go!" below.
