This year, both teams stand atop the La Liga standings with just one point separating each other.

On par with the Rafa Nadal vs. Roger Federer, Lionel Messi vs. Cristiano Ronaldo, has become a must see event for any fan of the sport of soccer. The bitter rivals from different continents play just miles apart in Spain, and give new meaning to the El Clasico clash.

Barca comes into the El Clasico match with their confidence through the roof, whereas Real Madrid is still trying to hold on while James Rodriguez and Sergio Ramos rehab from injuries.
