Mississippi police have yet to determine the cause behind a mass shooting spree that occurred at a bikers bar on Sunday. 11 people were injured from gunfire but no arrests have yet to be made as of this writing.

According to the Clarksdale Press Register, the mass shooting took place at around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday at the SSMC private biker club located at Highway 8 in Grenada.

People who were injured in the crossfire were taken to three different area hospitals per acting Grenada Police Chief George Douglas. The injured individuals were brought to the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Grenada, Greenwood Leflore Hospital and Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital.

One victim had to be airlifted while others were treated locally. No reports of deaths were reported.

Officers are still looking for other people who may have been possibly wounded by the incident. Some of the shooting victims were already treated and released, WTVA reported.

Firearms and stolen items were discovered inside the club. Douglas declined to detail what stolen items were found in the club. Multiple shooters are now suspects but the authorities are still trying to figure out what sparked the shooting incident.

The unfortunate incident becomes the second large-scale shooting of the weekend. There was also a shooting that happened at the South Carolina nightclub, resulting in the death of one man and leaving 14 injured, WJBF reported.

Several victims were found at the Seventh Lounge roughly before 1:00 a.m. Authorities identified the unfortunate casualty as 30-year-old Craig Youmans of Augusta, Georgia.

Three suspects have been identified as possibly having motive behind the shooting. The trio was riding a light-colored Chevy Tahoe that sped off after the scene. According to witnesses, they saw the suspects firing a rifle and a handgun.

Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to contact the Aiken County Sheriff's Office at (803) 648-6811.
