Guatemalan natives Esvin and Rosmeri Miranda Juarez were detained and deported by ICE, and their children are pleading with President Donald Trump for their return. Taking to TikTok, Beverly Juarez and her three siblings have made multiple heartbreaking videos pleading with the president or local judges for their return.

Beverly opens a video stating, "Honorable judge, stop the deportation of our parents, Esvin Juarez and Rosemary Miranda..." Beverly opens another video with "President Trump, please listen to us as a father, a grandfather, and as a leader of the free world."

The couple, who came to the U.S. from Guatemala over 20 years ago, built a life in Apopka, Florida. They opened a small construction business and raised four U.S.-born children, ranging in age from 9 to 21. Esvin, who ran the family company, was assaulted in 2021 by masked gunmen at his property and subsequently applied for a U‑visa, designed for immigrant victims of crime who assist law enforcement.

Despite gaining a "bona fide determination" and deferred action under U‑visa eligibility, Esvin was detained during a routine ICE "check‑in" and then deported to Guatemala after an eight‑day disappearance, shocking his family. Rosmeri, who appeared in the videos with her children up to that point, was informed that she would have to turn herself in to ICE on June 2. After her detainment, her mugshot was published online by the police department, and she was deported to Guatemala City.

Other members of the Juarez family, along with advocates and friends, including state representatives, held a rally earlier this month outside of the Orlando ICE office to call for their release. At the protest, the youngest sibling, Valery, age 9, was seen holding signs reading "Bring Back 'Pony' Papa Juarez."

ideos posted by 21‑year‑old Beverly Juarez, the eldest sibling caring for her three younger brothers and sister, have gone viral. One clip shows her tearfully pleading to a judge:

"Honorable judge, stop the deportation of our parents, Esvin Juarez and Rosemary Miranda,"

Texas visa attorney Hugo Balderas‑Ibarra told Orlando, Florida news station 2 WESH, that the family's only hope is to file a motion to reopen the original deportation case. He also criticized the deportations, stating, "It's bad what they're doing, they know what they're doing, and a lot of these immigration judges are signing off knowing the consequences, knowing that ICE officials are outside waiting for them."

With her parents now out of the country, Beverly fears that she will have to become the sole caregiver of her young siblings, who are still in elementary and middle school. She said to 2 WESH that "It would be overwhelming for any person my age to have to take custody of three kids... they have needs that only a parent can fill."

The family currently has a GoFundMe page that you can visit here.
