Days after Liam Hemsworth filed for divorce, Miley Cyrus has taken to social media to say that she didn’t cheat on her husband. The singer still loves her estranged partner, but has decided to move on to a new chapter in her life.

Cyrus opened up to her fans in a lengthy post on Instagram. She admitted to lot of things she did in the past, like smoking pot, experimenting with drugs, and cheating her partners when she was younger. However, the singer explained that she has learnt from her past and has grown up.

Commenting specifically about the divorce, Cyrus said that she refused to believe that her marriage is ending because of cheating allegations. She pointed out that she has been with Hemsworth for a decade and still loves him. The singer was apparently “kicked off” the animation movie “Hotel Transylvania” for buying her husband a birthday cake that looked like male genitalia, and licking that cake.

Cyrus shared the post in the hopes of remaining open and transparent with her fans. She said that she has nothing to hide, and she will not accept people telling her that she is lying to cover up a “crime” that she said she hasn’t committed.

So far, Hemsworth has not commented about the split. Just before the news about the split surfaced online, Cyrus was spotted kissing Brody Jenner’s ex Kaitlynn Carter.

Cyrus and Carter were on a vacation together in Lake Como, Italy. Pictures of the two of them that were posted on ET Online showed the two of them kissing and cuddling, as they lay sunbathing in their bikinis.

Eyewitness said that Cyrus and Carter were on a date, and they were not trying to hide it. The two of them were seen having drinks and they also reportedly got a few massages at the hotel. A few hours after the pictures surfaced online, the singer’s spokesperson confirmed that she had split from Hemsworth.
