Is Gabriel Soto leaving “Por Qué Los Hombres Aman A Las Cabronas,” co-starring Marjorie De Sousa, to save his marriage? Maybe, TVnotas reports.

According to a source close to Soto and wife Geraldine Bazán, the actor is willing to do everything in his power to keep the mother of his children happy, including leaving the play and looking for other acting opportunities if he has to.

The informant explained that the actors have been going through a tough phase in their marriage ever since the Mexican magazine published allegedly altered photos of Soto “goofing around” in the beaches of Cancún.

“She doesn’t know if she should stay with a man who doesn’t respect her,” the unidentified individual told the publication.

Back in April, the 33-year-old actress mentioned that she was not surprised with all the rumors and speculations the media has been feeding off, and added that it was too soon to be talking about filing divorce papers.

“No, no, it’s too soon to talk about that. Honestly guys, you should know by now how these type of things are handled,” she said. “We are working on it as a family and that’s how it’s going to stay, we are doing very well, we are happy and working as a family, just as it should be.”

Bazán, who is currently in Panamá shooting TV Azteca’s reality show “La Isla,” has stated numerous times that she is ready to turn the page and stop talking about the subject.

During a recent interview, Soto disclosed that he is also tired of being asked about the alleged affair over and over again.

“What doesn’t kill you makes you fat,” he said perhaps thinking about the popular phrase “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.” He continued, “We are strong and doing very well as a couple. We were doing very well before he left to do the show and when she returns, things will be even better.”
