A “Game of Thrones” actor has been arrested for allegedly having sexually explicit chats with a minor.

Taken into custody on Apr. 6 was Joseph Gatt who portrayed the role of Thenn Warg on the HBO show, the Los Angeles Police Department announced.

The LAPD initially served a warrant after receiving word that Gatt had been engaged in online sexually explicit communication with minors across state lines. He was arrested on a felony warrant for contact with a minor for a sexual offense, per an LAPD press release.

The release said police received information that Gatt, an English actor who lives in Los Angeles, was reported to have been engaging in “online sexually explicit communication with a minor across state lines.”

It was not mentioned in the release how many minors Gatt reportedly talked to. He was released on a $5,000 bail on the same day.

The 50-year-old actor would post on Instagram not long after, denying the allegations.

"I obviously want to address the absolutely horrifying and completely untrue allegations recently leveled against me," he wrote on his Instagram account. "They are 100% categorically wrong and reckless. I have confirmed errors and misleading information in today's press release."

Gatt adds that he is cooperating with authorities and is looking forward to clearing his name.

"I look forward to clearing my good name," he quipped. "Thank you to all of my friends and supporters who know that this is untrue and understand for legal reasons I cannot comment further on social media."

Efforts were made to get some comments on the representatives of Gatt but proved to be futile.

Aside from famously portraying Thenn Warg on “Game of Thrones,” Gatt also appeared in the supernatural horror thriller “Titanic 666,” which dropped on Tubi earlier this month.
