Apple has announced the worldwide dates for the company's upcoming iOS 7 Tech Talks event series. Apple will offer in-depth guidance for app and game developers on how to create new content for the company's newest operating system. So that means folks that missed out on the World Wide Developers Conference earlier this year will have a second chance to take seminars and receive hands-on help with apps and games from Apple.

Apple will hold game and app developer days from October to December in San Francisco, New York City, Tokyo, Berlin, London and Shanghai. Game developers will be taught how to use Sprite Kit, OpenGL ES, Game Center and more. To attend the conference developers must apply and submissions will be open until 1 p.m. ET on Friday, Sept. 27. In order to be qualified for Tech Talk, members must be enrolled in Apple's iOS Developer Program or iOS Developer Enterprise Program. Members must be at least 13-years-old as of the event's announcement Wednesday.

Beware anyone who wishes to attend, this conference is unlike many other conferences where attendees can attend all events. People who want to go can only apply to a single day and track so choose wisely. The window for applying stays open until Friday, Sept. 27.

All the presentations will be in English although Shanghai and Tokyo will be translating simultaneously. Check out all the dates for app developers and game developers below.
