A judge and two of his staff have been booked for allegedly raping a 14-year-old boy for around a month and also threatening him with dire consequences if he spoke about his ordeal.

The shocking incident happened in the Bharatpur district of Rajasthan, India.

Special Judge Jitendra Singh Goliya, who handles cases related to the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), was suspended with immediate effect pending preliminary inquiry and contemplated departmental inquiry, according to a Rajasthan High Court order.

The incident came to light after the boy’s mother approached the police and registered a complaint against the three men accusing them of sexually assaulting her son.

Goliya and the other accused, identified as Anshul Soni, the judge’s stenographer, and Rahul Katara, another staff of the judge had been sexually assaulting the minor boy by intoxicating him with some narcotic substance for the past one month, the mother stated in her complaint.

"On the basis of the complaint, an FIR has been registered against Judge Jitendra Goliya and two others for rape and other charges under sections of POCSO Act. The investigation of the case has been handed over to a senior officer," Mathura Gate SHO Ram Nath said.

The victim’s family members also alleged that ACB Circle Officer Parmeshwar Lal Yadav, along with Soni and Katara, threatened to kill the boy, if he spoke about the abuse to anybody, police said.

Yadav has been suspended after the incident, authorities confirmed

The accused judge had befriended the boy a few months ago at the District Club Company Bagh, where he went to play tennis.

In a similar but unrelated incident, a 14-year-old girl was allegedly drugged, raped, and tortured with a blowtorch while being held hostage for a month by a woman she met at a party.

The minor girl teen had met the accused, 24-year-old Elham Naaman, at a party in north-western Sydney where they befriended each other on social media.

The duo decided to meet up again at a hotel in Parramatta on the evening of June 5. Soon after getting into a car together, the minor girl was allegedly raped by an unidentified man inside.

The teen was then taken to a hotel room where the horrific attacks continued. It is alleged that the girl was held at the hotel and other addresses over the next month up until July 6.

She was allegedly drugged with methamphetamine and the "date rape drug" GBH. The teen was also injected with heroin and threatened with a blowtorch - which set the scarf she was wearing on fire.

Naaman was arrested and charged with kidnapping in company, supplying a prohibited drug, stealing, intimidation, and damaging property by fire with intent to injure.
