Maite Perroni is full of surprises! The “Antes Muerta Que Lichita” star surprised everyone with her hosting skills during the Kid’s Choice Awards México 2015, and is not ruling out making a career out of it. According to TVyNovelas, the former RBD stated she would love to host Televisa’s morning show “Hoy:” “I would have a lot of fun if that happened. I do like hosting”
Rumors about the show’s revamping have been going around since Carla Estrada announced she was leaving her position as the show’s producer earlier this year. Since then, people have been wondering who will be producing in lieu of Estrada, and will the new person in charge be adding new faces to the cast.
Perroni, who wanted to be in PR and Advertising before she ventured in the entertainment business, mentioned she wouldn’t quit acting but she would agree to join the cast for a season: “It’s not an area [Hosting] that I can manage perfectly or anything like that, but I like it. If I were given the opportunity to host in one of the seasons, I would do it. I don’t know if for years, like some of my colleagues, but if it was for just one season I would love it.”
