Memorial Day is a U.S. holiday that honors the people who died while serving in the country's armed forces.
The federal holiday, which counts of a three-day weekend, is honored the last Monday of the month of May. During the long weekend, people love to take advantage and do many things such as a BBQ at home with close friends and family members, go to the beach or pool, plan a road trip with loved ones, or attend a local parade honoring our fallen soldiers.
