Miley Cyrus split from her husband Liam Hemsworth recently and was with Kaitlynn Carter until she broke up with her as well. As the singer deals with her relationship problems, a rumor has surfaced online that has falsely suggested that she has started drinking too much and has been taking weed again.

According to the new rumor, Cyrus has been “wasting away” with booze and weed. She has lost weight and has been “self-medicating” with drugs and alcohol, the report further claimed. She supposedly doesn’t eat much, and is managing with an occasional fruit and nuts.

An “insider” is said to have shared that Cyrus’ friends are worried about her. The sources added that when the singer has a good meal to fill her stomach she feels “bloated, depressed and like she’s lost control.”

As far as weed is concerned, the rumor suggested that Cyrus sees “a beauty in the world and forgets any pain.” The alleged insider also said that the singer feels that weed feeds her body and her soul more than any other food.

The first give away that this rumor is fake comes from the before and after photos that were used. The report used an Instagram picture of Cyrus from a week before she announced her breakup as the “after” photo. Gossip Cop also checked with a source close to the singer who described the report as “ridiculous” and assured the outlet that the singer is “doing great.”

Cyrus has also not been sulking starving herself at her home. Instead, she is keeping herself busy with her music career by being a part of multiple events recently. She has also been posting pictures and clips of her performances with her fans on social media, and recently launched her new song for the upcoming film “Charlie’s Angels.”

As far as drugs and weed are concerned, Cyrus previously admitted on Instagram that she has experimented with all that in her teen years and has been transparent about it. She, however, pointed out that all this was in her past and that she has grown up since then.
