Andrés Zuno and Raúl Coronado are a gay couple in Televisa's primetime telenovela breaking barriers. Televisa

A gay kiss on television is not anything out of this world in U.S. television networks, but in México it's not something that is particularly well viewed especially on Televisa telenovelas. Back in 2014, they banned a gay kiss on "Que Pobres Tan Ricos" as it was a "family" show and that was not apt for younger audiences. Three years later, the same production behind that comedy is now back with a storyline between two men on "Papá A Toda Madre," the series starring Sebastián Rulli and Maite Perroni.

The series centers on a group of men as they explore fatherhood. To the cul-de-sac, a gay couple played by Raúl Coronado and Andrés Zuno will move in and open everyone's mind. Something that has been creating buzz on social media is that the characters will be married and as such, will be sharing kisses as any normal couple would do to show affection to one another. The different characters in the comedy will react to it differently and bring light to this topic in an effort to normalize same-sex couples. See some of the first photos of the scene below and tell us what you think!

Sebastián Rulli plays Mauricio, the Logatoys’ heir. He is a chronic playboy, anti-patriotic and a party animal. Fabián, his right arm and long-time friend, makes him aware that the company is bankrupt. Mauricio approaches Miranda in order to seduce her and marry her so that his future father in-law rescues his company. But on the wedding’s day, Anifer, a lovely 7 year old girl, shows up at the ceremony to stop the wedding arguing the groom is her dad! Mauricio’s plans fall apart and, on top of that, he needs to accept responsibility for the girl. At first, he sees her as a hindrance, but gently she starts winning his heart. Mauricio always thought he would remain free of commitments for all his life, but now he is confronted to the hardest test of all: being a parent.
