'Pokemon Omega Ruby,' 'Pokemon Alpha Sapphire' Distribution: Learn How To Get Mythical Celebi [VIDEO]

March is officially here and so is the Pokémon distribution for its second mythical creature Celebi. As seemingly forgetting the leap year, March's distribution started a day early for the U.S. and Europe. This event is available to those gamers with "Pokémon X," "Pokémon Y," "Pokémon Omega Ruby" and "Pokémon Alpha Sapphire," and will run until Thursday, March 24.

The Psychic and Grass-type Mythical Pokémon has the Natural Cure ability, and comes with the moves Confusion, Recover, Heal Bell and Safeguard. These are the same as the original Mythical Pokémon, who first appeared in "Pokémon Gold" and "Pokémon Silver."

You cannot obtain Celebi in the wild but getting this Pokémon is easier in the month of March. While connected to the internet, select Mystery Gift > Receive Gift > Get Via Internet on the game’s mentioned above.

This distribution event follows on from the Mew event in February, with Mythical pokémon Jirachi next in April.
