Ryan Gosling is currently promoting new film “The Nice Guys,” co-starring Russell Crowe, across the United States.

The actor stopped by the set of ABC’s “Good Morning America” on Thursday morning to talk about the movie and his on-screen chemistry with Crowe, but Amy Robach could not let him walk away without sharing some news about the new member of the family.

“I understand the girl-to-boy ration in your house is now 3-to-1,” Amy asked. “How’s that going?”

The 35-year-old actor, who is known to be very secretive about his private life, hence the super secret pregnancy, decided to give in and revealed what it is like to live in a house surrounded by women.

“It’s heaven,” he told the news anchor. “It’s like walking through a field of flowers every day. I live with angels.”

He added jokingly, “It’s a ray of sunshine in a dark time, because with Russell, really, it’s sad. It’s sad that we’ve turned out this way.”

Earlier this week, Gosling and partner Eva Mendes surprised the world when they announced the birth of their baby girl, Amada. According to reports, the little bundle of joy was born on April 29, at 8:03 a.m.

The couple managed to keep the pregnancy out of the public eye for, let’s just say, the whole time. Last month, the 42-year-old actress was spotted trying to hide her baby bump for the first time but news outlets revealed the photo was taken days before they welcomed little Amada.

According to E! News, the Cuban-American star had not been photographed at any celebrity events or parties since last December. Maybe they should start considering changing the family name to Houdini?

Scroll down to watch Gosling’s full interview with Amy Robach on “Good Morning America” and congratulations to the happy couple, we cannot wait to meet Esmeralda and Amada someday!
