“Ravenswood” is about to be seriously shocking, while fans of the spinoff series are used to the devilish and mysterious plot of “Pretty Little Liars,” the new show is going to take a supernatural spin that the residents of Rosewood have never been exposed to! Following the Halloween episode of PLL, Caleb stayed in “Ravenswood” to help Miranda figure out their personal and cryptic connection to the historical town. Their mission began when they discovered two headstones in the old and totally creepy cemetery with their names and faces on them! YIKES!

But this spookiness of “Ravenswood” certainly doesn’t stop there. Episode 2 of the series will only amp up the supernatural factor. According to CW’s synopsis, in “Death and the Maiden” Miranda tries to “grasp her new reality” and Caleb comes “face-to-face with the last person he ever expected to see.” The magic and mystery of “Ravenswood” comes at Miranda fast, according to TV Guide, one of the five teens doesn’t make it out of the car crash alive. And our guess is Miranda who is desperately trying to “grasp her new reality.” But considering we see her in the promo video and photos, she is still alive and in the series, right? Well yes and no. Unfortunately, Miranda’s time living in “Ravenswood” is cut short, but that doesn’t mean she’s actually going anywhere, because she is a ghost!

Nicole Anderson who portrays Miranda on the ABC Family series revealed to E! Online, that “there is a supernatural element, I can't say specifically what it is in relation to, but in episode 2, everyone will find out her connection to the supernatural realm." So now that we know Miranda certainly dabbles in the occult, how is it possible that her ghostly self can still dwell on Earth with Caleb and the others? Well, because her story gets even more twisted. Miranda, while she may be dead, may also be a witch, giving her the power to stay “alive” in theory. Very “Vampire Diaries” and Bonnie-esque, don’t you think?
