Every time William Levy stars in a telenovela rumors start swirling about a possible love connection with his leading lady co-star. "La Tempestad" was no exception and the 33-year-old actor was romantically linked to former Miss Universe Ximena Navarrete. Although production on the Mexican series ended last year, a tabloid magazine recently published a story that opened up pandora's box again. The report claimed that Levy had made a video dedicated to Navarrete on her birthday that showed different people wishing "happy birthday" to an unspecified person.

Telemundo gossip show "Suelta La Sopa" caught up with William Levy's wife Elizabeth Gutierrez to address the rumors. "It's part of this [entertainment industry], when on is in the business one knows what it means, it doesn't matter, it doesn't bother me, I am accustomed to it," she told the reporter. Gutierrez also cleared up another rumor from a clairvoyant featured on Univision's "Despierta América" that assured the audience Navarrete was pregnant. "There is nothing to clear up, let's not waste time with insignificant things and magazines like that," Elizabeth added. The Telemundo show followed up with William's mother and said that Levy is completely dedicated to his family and when he is not working he is closest to his wife and children.

William Levy recently landed his next Hollywood role and has been cast in the upcoming film, "Term Life." Universal Pictures is set to distribute the feature that will also star Jordi Molla, Academy Award nominee Hailee Steinfeld and Vince Vaughn. The premise of the motion picture revolves around Nick Barrow who plans and sells heists to the highest bidder, but when his latest job goes horribly wrong he finds himself hunted by everyone he knows - mob bosses, contract killers and dirty cops. With no way out, Nick does the only thing he can think of to help his estranged daughter Cate - he takes out a life insurance policy on himself with her as the beneficiary. It's a great plan until he finds out the policy doesn't take effect for twenty-one days. Now Nick is forced to take Cate on the run and keep them both alive while trying to be a father for the very first time.
