William Levy has landed his next Hollywood role and has been cast in the upcoming film, "Term Life." Universal Pictures is set to distribute the feature that will also star Jordi Molla, Academy Award nominee Hailee Steinfeld and Vince Vaughn. The premise of the motion picture revolves around Nick Barrow who plans and sells heists to the highest bidder, but when his latest job goes horribly wrong he finds himself hunted by everyone he knows - mob bosses, contract killers and dirty cops. With no way out, Nick does the only thing he can think of to help his estranged daughter Cate - he takes out a life insurance policy on himself with her as the beneficiary. It's a great plan until he finds out the policy doesn't take effect for twenty-one days. Now Nick is forced to take Cate on the run and keep them both alive while trying to be a father for the very first time.

Peter Billingsley is set to direct "Term Life" based on the screenplay by A.J. Lieberman who wrote the original graphic novel that he created with Nick Thornborrow. Billingsley and Vaughn previously worked on the hit comedy "Couples Retreat." The movie will be produce under Vaughn's Wild West Picture Show Productions banner which have been behind comedies like "The Break-Up," "Fred Cluas," "Four Christmases" and "Couples Retreat." Levy has been hard at work paving his road to feature films after finding success in Mexico acting in telenovelas like "La Tempestad," "Triunfo Del Amor," and "Sortilegio." The Cuban actor will be next seen in the Tyler Perry directed film "The Single Moms Club." The flick which is also written and stars Perry revolves around a group of single mothers that form a bond after they all meet at their children's school. The cast includes Nia Long, Amy Smart,Wendi McLendon-Covey, Zulay Henao, Terry Crews, Eddie Cibrian and many more.

Last week William Levy hosted "Premio Lo Nuestro" for Univision, showing that he has not forgotten his Latin roots. Previously he was part of the "Dancing With The Stars" Season 14 cast where he came in third place, being bested by singer Katherine Jenkins and NFL player Donald Driver, with the latter winning the competition. Levy also had a story arc in the sitcom "Single Ladies" in 2012. Before joining the ABC reality show it was reported that Levy turned down a role in Steven Soderbergh's "Magic Mike" and although rumor had it that he was offered a starring role in "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay" this was never confirmed.
