Algeria and South Korea meet in another exciting Group H match on Sunday as both teams will be gunning for three points. South Korea is coming into the match after a tie with Russia in its opening game while Algeria took on Belgium in its opener and lost 2-1.

Algeria will look for this game to be a turnaround match and put them back in the hunt for a trip to the knockout round. Anything less than a win will end all hope. The good news is that Algeria played very well in many sections of the game against Belgium but could not finish the job with a win or tie so now it’s time for ninety minutes of hard work from the Algerians if they plan to be around for the rest of the World Cup and not as spectators.

Algeria’s Riyad Mahrez will lead the attack for Algeria as he is a very fast winger that can take on players and create scoring opportunities for his country.

On the flip side, South Korea should have more or less the same look and feel as they had in their first match against Russia minus midfielder Ha Dae-Sung who will not play due to a damaged ligament in his left foot. Since Lee Keun-Ho had the lone South Korean goal against Russia coming off the bench so he may get the starting nod replacing Dae Sun.

South Korea’s main scoring threat will be Son Heung- Min who plays in the Bundesliga for Beyer Leverkusen and had a great season in Germany. Heung-Min will look to dissect the Algerian defense with his explosive runs into the box.

The game is set to kick off at 3:00 PM EST at the Estadio Beira Rio in Porto Alegre. It can be seen on ESPN and in Spanish on Univision. If you want to live stream the match, simply go to WatchESPN here and here for a live stream in Spanish.
