Mark this down as the mother of all spoilers! “Bachelor in Paradise” has only just premiered for the 2014 season and already I’m dying to know what is set to occur in episode 2, but not for the reasons you may be thinking. Yes, the Rose Ceremony of the premiere episode was intense, with the Marcus-Lacy-Robert love triangle already heating up, but a quick sneak peek for next week at the end of the episode left me in shock. So what’s actually set to occur in episode 2? Well, it’s an illicit affair of “Bachelor” sized proportions, and it includes a serious injury. (Not that we want anyone to get hurt in Paradise, but it certainly does it make the series more interesting.) So here’s the scoop, contestant Michelle Kujawa from Jake’s “Bachelor” season started a relationship while on “Bachelor in Paradise” however it wasn’t with one of the other contestants, instead Michelle gave her rose to an ABC crew member!
Something was a bit off about Michelle K. from the beginning of the premiere episode, when host Chris Harrison asked if everyone was single, she responded awkwardly, subtly implying she wasn’t fully committed to being single and looking for love. Then during the premiere episode’s Rose Ceremony, Marquel was about to begin, when Michelle K. asked if she could say a few words. “Bachelor in Paradise” host Chris Harrison, who was pretty obviously shocked about the interruption gave her the floor, Michelle K. then unceremoniously eliminated herself from the dating competition.
The elimination was confusing at the time and left the rest of the contestants in shock, but that sneak peek I mentioned before seemed to at least shed some light on the situation. In the promo video for episode 2, Chris Harrison and a “Bachelor in Paradise” producer are seen knocking on Michelle’s bedroom door, she then opens it a crack only to quickly slam it in their faces.
The interaction that was caught on camera was an awkward one to say the least. “Bachelor” spoiler specialist Reality Steve revealed that Michelle got caught red handed sleeping with one of the sound guys who work on “Bachelor in Paradise,” and in an attempt to avoid being caught in the act, the crew member literally jumped out the window, breaking both of his feet. According to new reports, Michelle K. had already eliminated herself from “Bachelor in Paradise” before Chris Harrison caught her and the crew member in bed.
