"Bailando Por Un Sueño" came to a close tonight, revealing the ultimate ball room dancing champ for the 2014 season! For the finale Adrián Uribe came back from Brazil to host the gala to join Livia Brito. The three finalists are all female celebrities: María León, Karenka and Irán Castillo. After 77 days and 148 choreographies the winner was decided tonight. Judges Fey, Bianca Marroquín and Carlos Baute all had a secret vote, while Roberto Mitsuko would be the only one to reveal his score. The complete results were given on the Televisa iPhone app. Irán Castillo and Telésforo opened up the dance floor to the beat of disco with Fey accidentally revealing her 9 points. Karenka and Jorge Cerritos followed with Mitsuko awarding them a nine. Rounding out the disco rhytm were María León and Adrián Salzumba, with Mitsuko giving them another nine.

The dreams that were at stake during this season finale: Karenka and Jorge (Build a house for his parents), Irán and Telésforo (Hearing aid for his niece) and María and Adrián (Open a dance academy to honor his grandfather). During the commercial break the boys take part in a "trenecito" where they all dance a part of the song. The viewing audience through the app awarded an extra point to the winner, which went to Adrián. The second round features the couples dancing to Cha-Cha. Karenka and Jorge go first with a song by Thalía, with Latin Lover awarding them a 9. María León and Adrián were up next, Latin Lover awarded them a 10, with Raquel's vote kept a secret. Irán and Tele were awarded with a 9 by Latin. The three girls performed a sexy number during the commercial break, the viewers voted via the iOS app for María Léon to receive an extra point.

María León and Adrián started off the third round to the rhythm of tango. Mitsuko awarded them with a 10 and the rest were kept secret. Bianca Marroquín told them they were an inspiration to her and when she goes back to Broadway in New York she is constantly reminded of how hard they work, which pushes her to work harder and never give up. Irán Castillo and her partner were up next and their reviews were not favorable as the stifness that tango is characterized by was not there, Mitsuko gave them an 8, which put a dent in their scores for this final. The image coaches will be given an extra point to a couple: Mitzy gives an extra point to Adrian and Raquel to María León.

Only two couples made it to the final, third place went to Irán Castillo and Telésforo. The finally tally of points where: María Léon 101, Karenka 93 and Irán Castillo 86, forcing the latter out of the competition. The remaining pairs would fight for their life in the competition to win with one last routine. The winner of "Bailando Por Un Sueño" 2014 was...
