Brazilian Footballer Hulk’s Ex-Wife Speaks Out After Niece’s Pregnancy News

Brazilian footballer Givanildo Vieira de Sousa (Hulk)’s ex-wife Iran Angelo has finally decided to share her side of the story after he announced his present wife was pregnant. The love affair between the Atletico Mineiro player and his now-wife Camila appears to be a rather twisted as she happens to be Angelo's niece.

While Hulk of Atletico Mineiro maintained that he was never in love nor faithful all through his marriage to Angelo, the latter remarked the entire sequence of events felt akin to “burying her daughter alive” as Camila had always been like a daughter to her.

Hulk and Camila are expecting the ace footballer’s fourth child, a piece of news that shook scores of people, his family included. The couple got engaged in January 2020. The striker further rebuked his former wife and claimed that Angelo had always lived a “single life” and was merely obsessed with the idea and the status that came with being his wife.

Hulk and Camila’s paths crossed in China, and things reportedly escalated a bit too soon. The player's family was reportedly informed shortly before they decided to make things official. The forward, however, claimed that he was never in a relationship with Camila when he was married, Mirror reported.

According to The Sun, a visibly distraught Angelo opened up about her side of the story in a recent interview. “I wake up and go to sleep without understanding why everything happened to me,” she began, citing how the entire instance had caused her immeasurable grief and trauma, largely because she saw Camila as one of her own.

She added that she was always a giver, and it wasn't restricted to the material aspect. Angelo accused Camila of using her weaknesses, insecurities, and fears against her. She also revealed how Camila was deeply involved in her life, and the blind belief was what led to it all.

However, Angelo had made it clear, in a recent post, that she didn’t want to harbor negativity of any kind toward Camila, and was making way for her by moving on.

Hulk, who shares three children with Angelo, had no qualms in admitting how he often felt his marriage was an accident that happened only because his ex-wife was pregnant with his child. Despite things not really adding up, the sporting icon has always stuck to his stance that he got involved with Camila only after his divorce proceedings came through.
