Kim Kardashian Is Reportedly Upset With Kanye West For Airing Family Drama

Kim Kardashian is reportedly upset by her estranged husband, Kanye West's claims about their family and parenting style. West also shared on Saturday how he was not "allowed to know" the location of his daughter Chicago's birthday party.

In preview clips for a new Hollywood Unlocked interview, the 44-year-old rapper alleged that Kim's security barred him from entering her home. However, a source from Daily Mail claimed this to be untrue; Kim reportedly set boundaries around West's ability to enter the house after several incidents of unannounced visits.

The insider added, "security didn't stop him from seeing the kids, picking them up or dropping them off. He just can no longer walk inside her home without her permission. She has a right to privacy and is trying to set healthy boundaries."

According to another source, "She wants the children to have a strong relationship with both parents and for him to respect the boundaries and structure she has put in place for them to have some predictability and consistency with their schedule." Kim wants to keep all things private, avoiding unnecessary drama between the family to protect her children. The insider claimed that Kim is upset about how West chose to go this route and reveal everything.

West also recorded a video on Saturday, "I'm just wishing my daughter a public happy birthday. I wasn't allowed to know where her party was. There's nothing legal that saying that this is the kind of games that's being played, it's the kind of thing that really has affected my health for the longest and I'm just not playing, I'm taking control of my narrative this year." However, in a video story posted to Atiana de la Hoya's Instagram account, West was seen at the said party.

West and Kim reportedly planned for two parties for their daughter. Allegations regarding West not being invited were false, as he was given the information about the second party.

West has already garnered media attention during the start of the year. He allegedly punched a man in Los Angeles who asked for his autograph outside Craig's. He was at the restaurant together with his friends and girlfriend, Julia Fox. He spent New Year's Eve in Miami, where he met "Uncut Gems" actress Fox, who has since become his girlfriend. Meanwhile, Kim was seen spending the new year in California with their kids.

Kim filed for divorce from West in February 2021. The former couple had been behaving casually with each other this past year.
