After three hard-working months, a new Latino boy band has been formed! Behold, CNCO, the winning band of the Univision reality show "La Banda." The group, composed by Zabdiel de Jesus, Richard Camacho, Christopher Velez, Erick Brian Colon and Joel Pimentel, embarks a new journey as a musical act, but the judges assure that what's yet to come for the group is an intense wave of business!

"They're never going to stop working," said Alejandro Sanz in a press conference after the grand finale Sunday. "The only companions they will have in this profession are doubts and the need to keep learning," he added. Ricky Martin, who aside being a judge is also executive producer of the show, said the talented boys will face many challenges in the industry. "Discipline and focus will give them the strength for what's yet to come," he told a group of press in Miami.

The Puerto Rican singer also revealed that CNCO will be touring in 2016. "I advice them to sleep when they have the time, because what's coming is very intense," he said. "They will be touring in February, going to Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Bolivia," he stated, adding that they will join Ricky in Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic. "Their passports are going to get filled."

Meanwhile, Laura Pausini tells the press how amazed she is with forming part of the Univision reality show. "What surprised me the most is to see how a band is made," the Italian songstress said. "The most difficult part was putting them together. Some might have not been our favorites individually, but it worked!," she stated. Check out the entire video above!
