Ever since Michael Buble and his wife Luisana Lopilato announced that they will both be taking time off their work schedules to focus on their son Noah's cancer battle, Hollywood has been sympathetic. Now it has been revealed that Noah does have a fighting chance of survival and he needs family support more than ever.

According to The Sun, after Buble and Lopilato announced that their son Noah has cancer, many people were left wondering what cancer he specifically has. It is now being revealed that Noah has a 90% chance of beating his cancer, but only with the help of chemotherapy.

The couple made a joint statement via Facebook sharing the bad news with the world. While they are trying to remain strong, the couple has asked for their privacy while they deal with the matter.

"We are devastated by the recent cancer diagnosis of our eldest son Noah who is currently in treatment in the United States," the couple writes. "We've always talked a lot about the importance of family and the love we have for our children.Luisana and I are going to spend all our time and attention to help Noah to get better, by suspending our professional activities for now.During this difficult time, we ask that you pray for him and please respect our privacy. We have a long road ahead of us and we hope that with the support of our family, friends, fans around the world and our faith in God, we can win this battle."

According to Argentinian magazine Gente, it has been revealed that Noah will undergo chemptherapy treatment that is set to last for four months. Doctors shared with the couple that his chance of beating the disease is at 90%, which is very encouraging to hear.

Noah was diagnosed on November 1 after doctors carried out a liver biopsy following an examination at a clinic in Buenos Aires.
