Sabine Moussier is on fire! The 48-year-old actress just finished her part in "La Malquerida" and has already landed her next project. Moussier starred as Perla, a woman that was repressed and forced into prostitution. In the Jose Alberto Castro production she shared credits with the likes of Alberto Estrella, Ariadne Diaz, Christian Meier and Victoria Ruffo. Now the actress has booked her next gig in "Que Te Perdone Dios" which has found its leads in Zuria Vega and Mark Tacher. This role was originally offered to Elizabeth Gutiérrez, William Levy's wife, but ultimately shot it down for unspecified reasons. "I already said yes, I am already well into it," Moussier told TVyNovelas. "I hope people don't get bored of me ... I promise new things, different things and I hope you guys like it. I always do everything from the heart."
"I am very happy, it's a great project," she added. "It was from one day to the other, I'm still tired and scatterbrained, but we're here now. I thought it was going to be very difficult to find a strong character like Carmina on 'Abismo de Pasión' and it looks like this one would tell her 'move out of the way because here I come.' I am also with the pleasure of working with Rebecca Jones and Sergio Goyri, we are going to make a love triangle." "Que Te Perdone Dios" is the remake of "Abrázame Muy Fuerte," the telenovela that starred Victoria Ruffo, Cesar Evora, Aracely Arambula and Fernando Colunga. Moussier would be playing the role of Zuria Vega's mother, or at least the woman that raised her. "It's a character from the bottom of the social ladder, but she is like a hipster," Moussier said about her character. "It's incredible! All of the proposals I had for Angelli [Nesma, the producer], was already what they had in mind for me because there was already someone else for this character."
"Abrázame Muy Fuerte" is the story of Cristina (Ruffo), a young girl whose sweet disposition endears her to everyone at “El Platanal,” her father’s beautiful hacienda. Her father, Don Severiano Alvarez, is a rugged, iron-willed rancher. His foreman, Diego Hernández, is a strong, handsome young man who is madly in love with Cristina, and she surrenders herself, body and soul, to his passion. Cristina admits to her father that she is pregnant with Diego’s child. Severiano sends her to the city with her servant Raquela. There, her daughter is born. Federico Rivero (Evora), a cruel and greedy individual, takes advantage of this situation and arranges for the baby María del Carmen (Arámbula) to be brought to the hacienda as Raquela’s daughter. In order to be close to her daughter, Cristina is forced to marry Federico. From this moment on, she will pass as María del Carmen’s “Godmother.” Federico causes an accident that leaves Cristina blind, and takes possession of her fortune.
