The Queen is 93-years-old, but she doesn’t slow done when it comes to her duties. The monarch appeared to be sick, but she went ahead with the scheduled speech to the parliament recently. The fans, however, are worried about her health, as she seemed to struggle while reading the script.

Being a Queen comes with a lot of responsibilities, and a hectic schedule of events throughout the year. She appeared to have caught a cold when she had to give her speech to the parliament, a fact that didn’t go unnoticed by her fans.

The fans took to social media to discuss the Queen’s health and raise their concerns, Express reported. The monarch began her speech with a slight cough, and the sniffing during the speech confirmed that she had a cold.

Some people thought that the Queen was in a bad mood when they saw the way she looked. However, one fan pointed out that talking about her “mood’ was “just ridiculous,” hinting at the obvious health issue she was facing.

Being sick meant that the Queen appeared tired, and her voice also sounded hoarse. However, she struggled through the speech with determination, which won her some praise from the fans.

While the Queen may be suffering from just a regular cold, some fans are worried about her having bigger health problems. According to royal commentator Angela Mollard, the monarch is supposed to get an operation done, but she is refusing to take the time off for it, Express reported.

The Queen had a knee operation back in 2003, but according to Mollard she needs to get another surgery done. The royal commentator pointed out that earlier this year the monarch even complained about having “a bit of pain” because of her knee at the Chelsea Flower Show. The reason she is apparently putting off the surgery is Brexit.
