The father of "Rust" cinematographer Halyna Hutchins is putting some of the blame on actor Alec Baldwin for the accidental death of his daughter Halyna Hutchins. The 61-year-old distraught father, Anatoly Androsovych, said Baldwin was partially responsible for his daughter’s death as he did not understand the actor’s claim that the prop gun he was holding at the time went off without him pulling the trigger.

According to The Sun, Hutchins' father initially refused to condemn the 62-year-old Baldwin. But as investigations carried on, Androsovych now insists the actor should take some of the blame for the incident. Androsovych also took note of how Baldwin had oddly deleted tweets he had posted in the wake of the film set tragedy. “And why did he fire the shot during the preparations? The revolver is the type of gun which doesn’t shoot before the trigger is pressed,” Androsovych said.

“It is clear to me Baldwin fired the shot from his hand so it's hard for me to understand how he cannot be held partly responsible for my daughter's death,” he added. The grieving Androsovych, who served as a submarine captain spoke of his concern about his 9-year-old grandson, saying that the boy may never fully recover from the tragic loss of his mother.

Meanwhile, Baldwin and his wife Hilaria were spotted in the Hamptons on Saturday talking to police after they were pulled over. The couple was photographed dealing with cops just two days after investigators issued a search warrant for the actor’s cellphone. Hilaria, 37, was seen speaking with a cop on the side of the road as she pulled out her phone to show the officer her phone screen. Baldwin was sitting inside the car the entire time.

Hilaria seemed calm as she spoke with the officer and after the conversation, she got back in the car. A masked Baldwin then stepped out of the vehicle to get some coffee as his wife remained inside the car. No other details were revealed about the roadside incident. However, in an Instagram post, Hilaria denied she was pulled over. The yoga instructor said she merely sought the cop’s assistance as she was being chased by a paparazzi.

She also claimed her husband has been suffering from post-traumatic distress syndrome since the incident as she begged "cruel trolls" to stay away from him.
