Sensato del Patio or simply, Sensato, has revealed that his health is in serious condition and needs everyone's support.

The Dominican artist, best known for his collaboration in the hit tune "Watagatapitusberry" and most recently on Pibull's "El Taxi," has been hospitalized in his hometown of New York due to a health condition that has haunted him since he was a teen.

According to his manager, KB Paulino, who also manages Mozart La Para, El Poeta Callejero, Brea Frank and Spiff TV, Sensato is in recovery after receiving a second liver transplant that was affecting his health. His first transplant was at the age of 18, due to a bacteria that destroyed his liver.

"Within his delicate situation, Sensato is stable under constant medical checkups. It has been a very difficult process for more than three months," reads the press statement released by KB on Wednesday.

Sensato, who has worked with renowned artists such as Pitbull, Fuego, Black Point and Mozart La Para, was set to embark a U.S. tour this year, which he had to cancel due to his health situation.

"Sensato del Patio apologizes for having to suspend some of his presentations and is grateful for those concerned with his health," states the message. "The artist noted that due to a medical order, he must remain in recovery but sends a huge hug to all of his followers."

Born William Reyes in San Cristobal, Dominican Republic, the urban artist is also asking his fans to keep him in their payers. His family, on the other hand, is asking fans to respect his privacy and has provided the email address sensatofanmail@gmail.com, where they can send their "Get Well" messages.

Sensato promises to continue his professional plans and work on new projects once he is in stable conditions. We wish Sensato a speedy recovery!
