The mansion hunting continues for the Bennifer couple, who were reportedly spotted by local media browsing Los Angeles estates this week after months of home visits in the Santa Monica and Holmby Hills neighborhood, with signs pointing to a blended family in their future.

Power couple Jennifer Lopez, 52, and Ben Affleck, 48, who recently rekindled their relationship following a Malibu getaway trip in May, were snapped visiting two homes in Beverly Hills and Toluca Lake on Tuesday.

Affleck was seen behind the wheel of a vehicle with his singer-girlfriend in the front seat, reportedly eyeing an $85 million Beverly Hills estate with a jaw-dropping 38,000 square feet and a vast parking space enough for 80 guests, according to TMZ.

The main house of the luxury estate has 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, an indoor sports complex complete with a basketball court, boxing ring, and a massive pool. It also houses a guest penthouse, a unit for the caretaker, and a two-bedroom guardhouse.

The duo, who made their relationship Instagram official on J.Lo's birthday last month, reportedly then subsequently drove over the hill to the San Fernando Valley to tour the $40 million Bob Hope Estate, which is now owned by businessman Ron Burkle.

The five acres property in Toluca Lake reportedly houses a golf course.

The home visits sparked excitement for loyal Bennifer fans who have waited 17 years for the couple to reunite following their 2004 split.

However, while there are speculations of Bennifer moving in together, a source previously shared to HollywoodLife that it won't be happening anytime soon.

“That move would still be a while from now," he said. "They spend a lot of time together and she values Ben‘s opinion on things so she brought him to look at houses for her as she gets ready to be in L.A. more.”

Another insider noted that such change would be a lot for J.Lo’s children with Emme and Max, both 13, to take. It also comes at the back of the pop culture icon's separation from fiancé Alex Rodriguez.

“She knows she needs to take any move like that seriously,” the source said. “Her kids were very close with Alex and his children.”

Currently, the Latina performer has a home in Bel-Air while the "Argo" actor has a home in Pacific Palisades. They were spotted on Saturday in complementary tan outfits during their Beverly Hills romantic date night at Olivetta, according to Elle.

It followed their yacht trip around Europe, where they teased fans in the remake of a scene from the controversial "Jenny From the Block" music video, which featured Affleck seemingly glorifying J.Lo’s backside in the early 2000s.
