Mario Moreno Ivanova, Cantinflas only son, left his testament in order and ready to avoid conflicts with the legacy that had left the actor Mario Moreno. His four children, Valentina Moreno, Mario Moreno del Moral, Marisa and Gabriel Moreno Bernart would be the heirs of all products that has the brand "Cantinflas;" company of which he was the owner and had as a partner his widow Tita Marbez.

"He left his papers in order," explained Marbez during the burial that took place at the French Pantheon of Mexico City. "I'm still in charge of the company, of course, and all the papers are in order. Mario left testament and what it says there is what I will do. I can open it now if I want to," said the widow to the reporters.

Tita Marbez is confident that her husband's last will is going to be respected: "There's no reason to have any conflict between the children, because there is a testament and what it says there, will be," she added.

According to Univision Entretenimiento, Abril del Moral, the deceased's first wife said she doesn't know if her children intend to ask for what they deserve. "It's a topic that we haven't talked about, I don't know if my children are interested in having something of that heritage. At the time they will talk or see what they should do," said del Moral.

"At the end it was their father and they always hoped that he would change and unfortunately that hope came to an end, but they want to say goodbye and they are in their right," said del Moral.

His other two children, Marisa and Gabriel Moreno Bernart, are planning to ask for inheritance, said Sandra Bernart, Ivanova's second wife.
