Gerard Pique, Clara Chia Seem To Be In Good Spirits After Anxiety Attack Rumors

Former footballer Gerard Pique and his new girlfriend Clara Chia Marti were recently spotted in public after reportedly going through a difficult phase.

The couple has been in the news ever since references were made to them in a song by singer Shakira, who is Pique's former partner. Marti and Pique have reportedly been under a lot of stress since then, reported MARCA. It was even said that Marti had been getting psychological treatment for anxiety. She had reportedly suffered a serious attack in the wake of the scrutiny followed by "Shakira: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53," which is a track by the Colombian singer and Argentine producer Bizarrap.

According to the Spanish podcast "Mamarazzis", which is hosted by journalists Laura Fa and Lorena Vazquez, Marti was admitted to a private clinic Quiron in Barcelona. She was reportedly there to be treated for an anxiety crisis. When Marti and Pique were asked about it, the two laughed in their first public appearance since her alleged health problems. The two were clicked when the ex-footballer and his girlfriend were leaving his penthouse by car. Marti was quick to laugh at the joking around of Pique. He seemed to be amused by the questions about the alleged anxiety attack of his girlfriend. Unable to contain her laughter, Marti went on to turn her back to the camera and focus on turning up the volume of the radio.

Pique and Shakira's split has been one of the most talked about pop culture moments of 2022. As she continues to take swipes at her former partner through her songs, it seems that there is animosity between the two. Still, they recently proved that their sons come first for them. Hola Spain reported that Pique was clicked picking up his two kids, Sasha and Milan, as they drove off to celebrate Sasha’s eighth birthday over the past weekend. Pique was also photographed dropping his sons off at a mansion where they enjoyed Sasha’s birthday party alongside Shakira and her guests.

Shakira and Pique announced their split in June 2022 in a statement where they said that for the well-being of their children, "who are our highest priority, we ask that you respect our privacy."
