Kovalev vs Pascal Press Conference Special Guests Attend: Boxing Legends Roy Jones Jr,Sugar Shane Mosley, Floyd Mayweather Sr. [EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEWS]

Sergey “Krusher” Kovalev (26-0-1, 23 KOs) and Jean Pascal (29-2-1, 17 KOs), along with their camps, addressed the media at a special press conference in New York City in advance of their March 14 fight for the WBO, WBA and IBF Light Heavyweight Championships. The event will be televised live on HBO. After Kovalev's victory against Bernard Hopkins on November 8,2014 he comes back into the ring this time to fight Jean Pascal. The WBO/IBF/WBA Light Heavyweight campion is back from a small vacation in Russia and spending quality time with his wife and infant son, who was born right in the middle of his last training camp. Sergey "Krusher" Kovalev is ready to start training for his fight with Jean Pascal. Kovalev is anxious to defend his WBO title for the fifth time, as well as the IBF and WBA titles he wrestled from Bernard Hopkins (55-7-2, 32 KOs) in a wide unanimous decision win last November.However, following the unfortunate turn of events during his December 6th fight, Jean Pascal is hungrier than ever to attain his ultimate objective of becoming world champion again.

Marc Ramsey will be in Pascal's corner for the March 14th event. Roy Jones Jr. and Russ Anber will be assisting Pascal during camp and during the bout. Jean began his amateur career at the age of 13, winning the title of Canadian champion 7 times. Since 2005 Jean has never ceased to amaze, capturing several Middleweight titles including the NABO, NABA and NABF Championships (2006-2007). Touted by the media and boxing world, Jean Pascal became the WBC Light Heavyweight Champion of the world in 2009, in what many considered to be on of the best fights of that year. At the press conference was Roy Jones Jr. supporting Jean Pascal and shared he will be fighting in March as well. To our surprise also Sugar Shane Mosley who won world titles as a lightweight, welterweight and junior middleweight was present and spoke to Latin Times in addition to Floyd Mayweather Sr. and other attendees.
