Labor Day weekend is here! It is time to fire up the grill, have some drinks, and enjoy the long weekend with family and friends. We know this time is bittersweet because we are saying goodbye to summer until next year (sniff, sniff), and if you live in cold cities this might be your last chance to throw the barbeque of the year!

At Latin Times we like to be mediators, and facilitate our readers with the best recipes out there to save you some time. Here are some of our favorite “end of summer” recipes for this weekend. Enjoy!
