A nail salon employee has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a disabled client after she was able to provide evidence of the hideous incident on Sunday.

Peter Tran, 24, has been indicted with two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, aggravated battery of a handicapped person, and public indecency, KSDK-NBC5 reported.

The incident happened on June 20 when the victim was getting a pedicure in Lynn Nails which is located in Fairview Heights. The victim was a wheelchair-bound woman who barely had any feeling in her feet.

According to the victim, the suspect inappropriately touched her feet and exposed himself to her. The woman was able to film the incident using her phone, indictment documents said.

Tran is currently being held at St. Clair County Jail.

In a similar but unrelated similar, two employees of a spa in Solvay have been arrested on Wednesday for indecently offering sex instead of regular massages to patrons, the Syracuse reported.

Both employees were charged with not being properly licensed to give massages and an additional charge of prostitution.

Lieutenant Derek Osbeck, of the Solvay Police Department, said that the spa’s workers have not confessed if they were coerced into sex work. Osbeck sense that there may be an involvement of coercion.

“It seems to be a very big problem, especially in this area, that women are being trafficked,” he said. “A lot of the time, they won’t admit to it.”

However, the customers who bought sex from the employees have not yet been arrested. Moreover, Ming Spa’s owner has not been charged.

Prior to this case, another parlor was accused of soliciting sex in Onondaga County the day before the Ming Spa raiding.

Two employees of the Lilac Spa of Cicero shopping plaza were charged with prostitution.

“My biggest take on this is a lot of people knew that this was going on. For whatever reason, they didn’t bother calling the police,” Chief Steve Rotunno said. “People clearly knew when we showed up what was going on there.”

It was also reported that owners knew that sex was being solicited at the facility.
