Prince Harry is reportedly excited after learning that his wife, Meghan Markle, is pregnant with their second child. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex hope that they will have a baby girl.

A tabloid recently claimed that the royal couple is delighted with the news of the “Suits” alum’s pregnancy, especially since they didn’t want to wait too long to have another child. Meghan is already 38 years old.

And even though the couple still doesn’t know the gender of their second child, they’re both hoping that they will have a baby girl. If their wish comes true, they will reportedly name the child Elizabeth as a tribute to Queen Elizabeth II. And if they will have a baby boy again, they will call him Oliver.

Prince Harry and Meghan are looking forward to having a daughter shortly after Archie’s birth after seeing the close relationship between Prince William and Kate Middleton’s two older children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. The siblings are very close to each other, and the royal couple wants the same thing for their kids.

The unnamed source also said that Meghan has been dropping major pregnancy clues throughout the past couple of weeks. For instance, she has been craving for fries and chocolates, which aren’t her favorite food before. Meghan has asked her royal staff to take her dresses out because she’s feeling nauseous. And the royal has also stopped drinking alcohol.

And prior to her and Prince Harry’s trip to South Africa last month, Meghan reportedly felt off, which confirmed her husband’s suspicions that she’s indeed pregnant. Allegedly upon hearing the happy news, the Duke of Sussex burst into tears.

However, none of these claims have been confirmed by the royal couple and the Palace. Hence, they should be taken with a grain of salt.

Throughout the past couple of months, rumors about the former actress’ pregnancy have been ripe. For instance, Meghan was photographed with what looked like a growing baby bump. She also recycled her blue coat dress in South Africa, though it doesn’t necessarily confirm she’s pregnant.
