Simon Cowell Accused Of Adultery In Andrew Silverman’s Divorce From Lauren Silverman

Simon Cowell's former friend and property developer Andrew Silverman is accusing him of adultery. Cowell is allegedly expecting his first child with Lauren Silverman, who is Andrew's wife, although the couple is in the process of divorcing.

And to make this story even crazier, Cowell was the co-respondent on the divorce papers filed by Andrew, a mere two weeks ago. The divorce papers cited "adultery" as the reason for why Andrew was ending the marriage. Andrew Silverman told the New York Post that the pregnancy is, "an unbelievable story of betrayal. It is a sad story and a tragic story." And now the truth has come out that the extramarital relationship Lauren was having was with none other than Cowell himself!

TMZ has released photo evidence of Simon and Lauren vacationing together on a yacht in August of 2012. And even though her husband, Andrew, was also onboard the yacht, the photos show the two kissing!

According to sources, Andrew is looking for to end the marriage quickly. In the divorce papers he wrote, "The nature of this action is: to dissolve the marriage between the parties based upon (1) the commission of acts of adultery by the defendant and (2) defendant's cruel and inhuman treatment of the plaintiff." Andrew is listed as the plaintiff and Lauren the defendant; in addition, Andrew is seeking full custody of their 7-year-old and for their 2003 pre-nuptial agreement to be upheld.

And while the photos may say differently, a source close to Lauren revealed to TMZ that the couple was estranged before Simon even entered the picture. According to Us Weekly, the couple has been "unhappy for some time and a divorce is in the works."
