'Un Camino Hacia El Destino' Telenovela: Paulina Goto A Diva? Horacio Pancheri Jumps To Defense

Univision's primetime telenovela "Un Camino Hacia El Destino" is doing impressive with audiences. The soap starring Paulina Goto and Horacio Pancheri was moved to a later time slot on the Spanish-language network due to its great ratings. However, a new report seems to indicate that fame has gotten to its stars head. Goto, who was previously seen on "Mi Corazón Es Tuyo" is at the center of this new scandal. According to the Mexican tabloid magazine, the actress is disrespectful with production and arrives late to her callings. "Since two weeks ago she's been more arrogant and unprofessional," a source said. "She is the only actress that takes more than two hours for lunch, the rest of the cast only takes one."

The allegations didn't stop there and the tipster also added that they call her "la estrellita" ("little starlet") and she refuses to film if reporters are on set, let alone talk to them because they only want to ask her about her relationship with co-star Horacio Pancheri. Now her co-stars are jumping to Paulina's defense and calling out the magazine for their false stories. "I want to tell [magazine] that everything they published is not true," Pancheri said in a video posted on Twitter. "Paulina is a very responsible girl and great friend and respectful to all the crew." Lisette Morelos also weighed in saying: "My friends at [magazine] I want to tell you guys to check your articles before publishing them. "Un Camino Hacia El Destino" tells the story of Luisa Fernanda a young woman that grew up in a modest home, next to Amelia, her mother, and Pedro, her stepfather, who has been a great support and instilled the love for flowers in her. She is kind, honest, and openhearted. Even though she never had a formal training, she plays the violin masterly; her dream is to study the instrument properly and become a great violinist. She falls in love with Carlos and she will pursue her happiness next to him facing all kinds of obstacles. When she discovers Pedro is not her real father, it will be a big shock for her that will make her life take a new twist. "Un Camino Hacia El Destino" airs weeknights at 8pm ET/PT on Univision.
